Our 16 year young 501(c) 3 nonprofit has been blessed with support from many generous individuals, foundations, corporations, and service clubs. We thank the following generous 2020 donors who contributed more than $100 to our in home nursing care program. Your gifts have helped Nursingale maneuver through the Covid-19 pandemic, paid for nurses overtime shifts when staff were in mandatory Covid isolation, purchased PPE supplies, and gave medically fragile children and their families many reasons to smile. You are our hero's!

Martha and Robert Denham
Martha and Bob's son John was born with Epidermolysis Bullosa, an inherited connective tissue disease, that did not appear until he was 2 years old. His condition was painful and debilitating requiring multiple dressing changes each day to avoid the risk of an infection. John passed away from complications of his disease in his early twenties. Martha and Bob have continued to financially support Nursingale's family centered program in his honor for many years.

Harvey Black
Harvey has been involved in developing, supporting, and organizing the legal structure of Nursingale since the year after our inception. Harvey refers to himself as a "recovering attorney" and his advice has been most valuable. Harvey served as Co-Chair of the Board of Directors for more than six years and remains on the Board to this day. He is a generous financial supporter of Nursingale and is most proud of the development of a Respite Program for families.

Sameer Misson and iPD Volvo USA
Sameer and his father Hakam Misson have been Platinum Sponsors of our Together for Good fundraising event for the past six years, donating more than $50,000 to support our programs for medically fragile children and young adults. They are kind and generous businessmen from Livermore California, and the owners of iPD Volvo here in Portland. When Covid first created a supply crisis for PPE supplies they jumped into action with Chris Delano, the local Vice-President of iPD Volvo, to be sure that nursing staff had gloves and masks for use in client homes. We are so grateful for their incredible involvement with Nursingale.
